Job Description


The Sales Executive will be responsible for cultivating new short term loan merchant account relationships throughout the US. Additionally, the role will encompass an ongoing account management function due to our company philosophy of building long-standing relationships with our clients.  

THIS IS A REMOTE WORK FROM HOME SALES POSITION

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and executing on successful business plans to meet and exceed the objectives set by the Executive Team.
  • Prospecting new merchant business and acquiring direct processing relationships.
  • Coordinating opportunities with members of the Executive Team for joint calling to facilitate prospecting and closing of new business.
  • Coordinating client site visits with the Executive Team to support business retention.
  • Attend trade shows and other events that may provide targeted marketing opportunities.
  • Producing weekly reports benchmarking progress.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities will be defined as the position evolves.

 

Job Requirements

Education and Experience (required):

  • Full-time, with the ability to work independently from home.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing on proposals to close the deal.
  • History of quota overachievement.
  • Ability to conduct and qualify research through a variety of typical and atypical means.
  • Superior communication, networking and relationship building skills a must.
  • “Get it done” work ethic.
  • Diligent pipeline management skills.
  • Persistent follow-up ethic.
  • The ability to travel to trade shows and client site visits a must (anticipated travel between 30-40%).
  • Experience with card-not-present merchant acquiring and gateway technology is a plus.
  • Experience selling to merchants in the short-term loan space.
